When a request drifts outside the quote

Most unpaid work does not come from one big argument. It comes from ten small requests nobody counted.

The request, next to the quote

You write down at the start what is included and what is not. When a new request arrives, we compare it with that text and show you the clause involved. The call stays yours; we only put the two sides side by side.

  • It is included
  • It falls outside
  • It is not clear: ask for clarification
  • Beyond the rounds you agreed

You set the price

We do not put a figure on it for you: you estimate the time and the amount, and they go into the change order exactly as you wrote them. A figure invented by software would be worth nothing in front of a client.

The change order, in a minute

Title, description, amount, new date. You get a clear page where your client accepts, declines or asks to talk it through. Their answer is kept.

The awkward conversation becomes easy

Saying “that was not in the deal” from memory is a power struggle. Saying it while showing the line in the quote and the message where the request appears is paperwork.
