Our sub-processors
The technical providers involved in running the service, with their role and where processing takes place.
Database and file hosting
Supabase, for the database and storage of the documents you import. Processing in Ireland.
Application hosting
Vercel, for serving pages and running server code. Processing in Europe, company established in the United States.
Sending email
Brevo, for the transactional messages the service sends to you and your clients, such as a change order approval link or an account alert.
Payment
Stripe, for subscriptions. No card data passes through or is stored on our servers.
Text analysis
Groq or OpenAI, depending on configuration, for the optional extraction assistance on the exchanges you import. The assistance only runs if your workspace administrator switches it on, it is off by default, and the content sent is not used to train any model.
Changes to this list
Any new entry is published here before it goes live. If an addition does not suit you, you may terminate at no cost and export your data.
