Run the numbers with yours, not ours
Here is a cautious assumption, to correct against your own reality. A day rate of €450. Three unplanned requests accepted in a quarter, half a day each. That is roughly €675 of work given away, against €117 of Pro over the same period.
- If you already turn those requests down without blinking, the gap is zero and this tool will not help you
- If your quotes fit in three lines, the comparison will be vague: start by writing them better
- If you only ever run one project at a time, the free plan is probably enough
When it does not pay off, and we would rather say so
A subscription does not repay itself on its own. It becomes useful when out-of-scope requests keep coming back, when you juggle several clients at once, or when a disagreement has already cost you an invoice. Below that, stay on the free plan for as long as you like.

Prices exclude tax; VAT is added according to your country. You change plan or stop whenever you want, from your settings, without writing to anybody.
What is not billed
Your clients pay nothing and need no account to approve a change order. The number of messages you analyse is not metered item by item.
